Luis is a competitive runner and triathlete with more than two decades of experience as a coach/personal trainer. He founded Tres Sports in 2017 with a mission to help clients at every level of fitness live a healthier lifestyle. A seasoned competitive athlete who has completed numerous Ironman triathlons, marathons, and other endurance events, Luis also uses his strength capabilities to promote charitable causes and fundraising: In 2014, he cycled solo across America to raise awareness about human trafficking.
A lifelong athlete, Brett started managing a private gym and providing personal-training services to clients in Fargo, North Dakota, at age 20. From teaching new clients the basics of weight machines to working with advanced athletes training for competition, Brett brings a wealth of personal experience and professional expertise to Tres Sports.
Rachel has a passion for helping people identify the kind of movement that makes them feel better, stronger, and healthier. An avid biker, runner, hiker, climber, and yogi, she has explored numerous modalities of movement over the past decade and discovered how each benefits her body, mind, and daily life. A desire to share her knowledge and passion with others led her to become certified as a personal trainer (NASM) and as a yoga instructor, with a specialty in acro yoga, a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics.
A desire to be a better runner and triathlete led Joel to strength training and Tres Sports. He began working with Luis as a client in 2016 and almost immediately saw his race times improve dramatically. Inspired by his experience, Joel eventually became certified as a personal trainer and joined the Tres Sports team.
